I ordered a Supa grow kit. I have grown a few over the years very successfully. This one gave my one small flush and that was it. I message Zamnesia to ask and after 3 tries and a complaint form they finally got back to me with a list of questions. I answered all of them and sent pictures and they never got back to me. Maybe they are doing too much of their own product to run a serious business. So they did reply once I posted this review (I did warn I would give a bad review if they didn't resolve this and they never answered). They sent me an email offering a replacement which I replied and accepted and have not heard back since. Will keep this review active and let everyone know. Meantime know the a second friend if mine ordered a grow kit that didn't even give one flush. So seems I'm not the only one.. 6 emails and messages later and no reply. They saw this post, offered a replacement then never answered. Total ***. TRY *** INSTEAD! Was sent fast and grew even in the winter months light. Amazing service. First time with their products and I made a few mistakes along the way. Customer service were there for all my questions even helped me out when everything went ‘tits up’!! From the second of ordering they were all about the A+ level of support. Will be using them in the future when I get my next cluster headache cycle!!

I'm a regular customer from them, always satisfied. For the first time I had an issue with an order, a cactus that came damaged. After I emailed the customer service, they told me what to do to save it. Unfortunately, the cactus was too damaged. But they did offered me a reship right away, the incident has so been closed within 2 days. They are truly amazing.
