It was the very first time I was using Zamnesia and to be honest I'm not very knowledgeable on most of their products, but on their websites I found all the informations I needed to feel comfortable to buy the products that were the right ones for me and what I was seeking. After purchasing online, the communication on their end has always been very good, until I finally received the products on my mailbox. Unfortunately, one of the product wasn't what I've ordered, however after getting in touch with their customer service, I've been sent right away the correct product with no extra cost. They also offered me other possibilities, like refund or voucher with free postage: I've appreciated having more choices. I fully recommend Zamnesia.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service provided by the guys at Zamnesia. They really went the extra mile to look after me. Unfortunately I had a small issue with one of the products but the guys got back to me within 24hrs with the choice of a new product. Great customer service!!

Received my order quickly, and it was well packaged. One of the items I ordered was no longer in stock so they asked me whether I'd like to wait for it or swap it for something else, and let me sub it for a slightly more expensive product. Would recommend to friends

The courier did not deliver the goods (their fault) and Zamnesia took charge and re-send them again.

I had a issue with my product but customer service quickly resolved my issue better than i expected. I have used them since because of there good service

Great website for everything you would want to grow your own plants or mushrooms. Best quality I have had trough my experience. Very good quality seeds mine have all germinated. Really good advice on how to grow your plants. Up to date with news on their blog and great videos to see for information. After sale service is just perfect really happy (had a problem with 2 plants and one order had a different item both got sorted out really quickly). I really recommend you getting anything you like from Zamnesia it is great. It will be my website for life.
