Happened on the last two orders - I was quickly dismissed with a bad explanation why the product is not as expected.... not cool. The first time I took it as "can happen" - after the second time and same approach of just trying to close a service request/claim as quickly as possible, I see a pattern and probably won't order anymore from Zamnesia. Edited 8.7. I got contacted by Zamnesia customer service and we are working on solving the issue I had with products. So kudos to them for hearing my complaint and working towards solution Edited 10.8. So... after editing this review 1 month ago, no more contact from their side... 1 star remains
