Waited for about 8 days for my order to be delivered, kept up with it thanks to tracking of delivery, and then somehow the delivery agency at my country Change the door number and the postal code once it was accepted at the Warehouse in Lisbon, and instead of being sent to Setúbal after Lisbon, it went to Corroios instead and then as i tried Over and Over to Change the adress the mail agency wouldnt let me, even called them and e-mailed them, but instead of correcting the adress, they just delivered to someone else named ***, now... My name is ***, and if that *** girl didnt want to steal the package, She wouldnt sign to receive it, now i just wonder, how can someone receive my mail that is on my name? What happens nos? No second delivery attempt cause it has been delivered, so What happens now? Me and my girl stayed all morning from 8 AM, to 2 PM at the Building Door, and no1 came, we waited ansiously all week for this, What happens to the money? Will i have to wait another whole week for a replacement, if i Ever get One? I just wanted some answers please, its really upsetting cause has i have told when i ordered i do need to order some more stuff and i did like your products, thus why i chose you as my first choise Ever for buying anything online. I loved the staff at first and i belive that we can sort this out. --- update--- Staff made contact and the situation is solved, a 5 star company in wich the client is the priority, its good and rare to see this kind of good values in a online shop.
