Shipping was discreet and fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition (aside from that one item, which they replaced immediately). When I received the kit, I was pleased with the price, speed of delivery and the kit. However, it had a few issues with mold after a few days - which honestly could have been me when handling it. After messaging customer support, they were quick to respond and able to help me with my kit and send a new kit free of charge. Overall, my kit is finally growing and Ludo, in customer support, could not have been more helpful. Will definitely be using again. Thanks
