Every single item I baught arrived in less than a week, which is amazing, the products are of high quality without a doubt, and even if I got a defective grow kit it got replaced immediately and a new one was sent for free. The prices are below average, shipping fee are pretty cheap. Love Zamnesia ! New favorite smartshop !

Zamnezia support was truly there for me. I was very upset because next to nothing happened from two five-star and one six-star product. We exchanged some emails, I got a hint and FREE replacement products. In the end, using the hint, the product worked. The support is great. I guess the people at Zamnezia is are doing the best they can to provide products within the legal limitations and taking into account the average customer. Spanish post sucks, they carried around the express shipment for several days around the city. Good luck and have an insane trip

Hi, this was the second time I got this, the service was very nice and quick delivery, 5* to the service. I was very happy with the first expierence, all the boxes gave fruits and 2 of theme up to 8 flushs. 5* These second time I put together some friends and I got 5 kits! And we are very unhappy with the results, no moby's and more 2 other boxes didn't gave any at all. Total loss 7 boxes, the other 8 up to 3 flushes.. I want to by more, but I m afraid that will happened again.. In the mean time I contact zamnesia, they study my case, and they send me 2 other kits to try again. Thank you Zamnesia your service it's 5*!
