2 seeds out of 3 had never grew. The customers services contacted me after i let a comment on their website. After a quick investigation, they sent me new seeds. Really great customer service where they know how to take care of their customers.

I paid in crypto and coinpayments said that I paid and your guyses said I hadn’t paid yet so cancelled my order ..I still have received my money back or anything I will happily order from you guys again I just don’t know what happened this first time Ok so it was all taken care of there customer service is great and I changed my review from a one stare to five star and my package is on the way

I am very glad with you and your honesty,specially because i sent some money(*** euros)to *** also in Holland for the same product and i did not received any answer neither any pack.I wrote several emails to them but they say nothing.I tell you that just for someone knows the accions of this kind of people are on line.Thaks again for your servive and for your atention

The customer service for this company is outstanding. I wrote a previous review which was negative about the product and delivery but i have to say the after sales care has been the best I have ever had. The team at Zamnesia read my review and contacted me. They offered me replacement and later a refund as I had no luck with my product. I cannot say fairer than that so 110% for customer service and after sales care. Thanks
