I couldn't recommend the buying experience more. My parcel didn't reach me so the team sent me another for free which arrived in 3 days and they also added a freebie as well. The customer service team were quick to respond and the level of service was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Quite fast shipping. A custommer care contacted me about a product I wasn't really happy with and found a way to help me, even if I didn't asked for anything. I appreciated it as they try to make sure to satisfy the client. I don't put 5 stars as I almost never put the maximum except when it's something exceptional. To take care about the custommers should be something normal for any company, unfortunately it's not the case with all of them. Thanks to Zamnesia.

I have used this site on numerous occasions over the past couple of years and have never been disappointed, goods have always arrived and are always as described. I have sent cash in the post and have always recieved my goods, they are honest and can be trusted. I have had a couple of small freebies with orders which really adds to the customer service they provide. I only pay for standard delivery and my order takes up to 2 weeks to arrive in the UK which doesn't bother me as I order in advance, it's well worth the wait though.

Zamnesia offers a great customer service. The ordering and payment process is quick, easy and simple. The product arrives quickly with tracking information and discreet packaging. You get coupon offers by email for discounts and multi buy offers and free treats in your packages too. Great stuff. I have never had any problems with my orders from both Zamnesia and RQS sites. Someone somewhere might say that Zamnesia is fine and dandy and on top of their game. My impression is that the people who serviced my account made videos and wrote explanations and chose only vendors that provided quality material and equipment are like crazy in love with me. They treat me like I Am their honey or soulmate. Also the product that I bought and consumed takes trust . Everything is smooth like a wet rock worn away by ages of tumbling water and sand and lubricated by emerald green moss. Yeah trust its earned and then forgotten about but yeah trust that the shroom will tell its story and the seed will grow into a girl. Your bank is only used for the purchase and the package arrives and is verified. Verified that there are cathedrals of multicolored stones and trees to talk to you and tell their story in the silly park just outside your window. Just that simple you take for granted Zamnesia its gonna be right and strive to keep the promise of 'love between my brothers and my sisters.'
