The first time I made a purchase on Zamnesia, someone had forgotten to update the websites stock on my specific product, and it was not available. However I was quickly emailed by an employee who apologized and told me that the order would be delayed, and they would send it out as soon as it arrived, which would most likely be a week or two. Being surprised that a company actually took time to write to me, I told him it wasn't a problem, and I hinted it would leave my order open for any freebies they might otherwise have thrown away. A week later I received an email that the package was on it's way, and again an apology. The package arrived and I was very satisfied with how it all had went. Also, the nice employee had thrown in a little something related to my purchase, thanks bro. Not long after my first purchase, I had a problem with one of the products I had received. I sent some pictures along with a short description of what I had done. The very same day I received an email saying that it was most likely a manufacturing error, and a new replacement product was on it's way. That, I have never experienced with ANY other company. Zamnesia has proven to me that they're willing to go out of their way to satisfy their customers, and in a world where quality of service is dwindling, I'm so glad that companies like Zamnesia exsist. Thank you Zamnesia.
