I've used Zamnesia many times and always been impressed with the prompt delivery of my orders, even with me being in the UK. There has only been one time that I had an issue where my signed for delivery was missing and that turned out to be the UK couriers error. They apparently delivered to a house with the same number, but in an adjacent street. Despite the problem not being caused by Zamnesia, I emailed them anyway so they had feedback on the couriers they used. The customer service from Zamnesia was faultless and their quick response times to all my emails impressed me. To top it all though, they happily sent out a replacement order on the very same day and at absolutely no cost to me... You can't beat service like that it shows they really care about their customers. I honestly don't shop anywhere other than Zamnesia when I'm looking for the products they stock.

I once had a discount code the page wouldn't accept. I wrote and asked what to do and they sent me another one just like that. Another time I had bought something which had just gone out of stock. They wrote me and said my package would be two days late, but that I could exchange it for a similar product if I wished. So many other companies wouldn't have bothered to write. I've never had a problem with Zamnesia. Five stars.

I always received products of good quality and they were delivered super quickly and in a neutral/blank package, which I appreciate. When I once asked a question on the website I quickly received a useful answer. The only thing I don't like is that you have to spend a minimum of *** This way I usually have to buy something extra that I actually didn't need.
