Customer service - to me - is key. The way I look at it, it does not matter if you make mistakes, but what your actions are in the wake of mistakes. Zamnesia slipped up (they're only human), but corrected it immediately and even overcompensated for their error. Very friendly and fast service.

Possibly the best customer service out there. I had a problem with two of my orders (I tried two varieties of truffle, no effect) but *** was very helpful in resolving the issue. Packaging is discreet, I like the tracking features, though shipping cost is a bit expensive. I recommend Zamnesia without reservation.

Zamnesia is a fantastic company, providing cheap and fast delivery all across Europe, including the UK. I was provided with excellent and friendly customer service when I had a problem with my payment. They resolved the issue for me within minutes of me emailing them, which was very reassuring. I received my item within a week after dispatch and it was very well packaged and discreet. I recommend this company to all those with a firm belief in great customer service. To all UK users: I would recommend using the pay-option of GlobalWebPay. Their commission is £***, although this is the easiest and cheapest option.

As a french resident, i'm used to having loads of problems anytime i buy something on the internet, or even in a common store. I love holland, and its people because they are generally honnest and they truely know how to live :) Zamnesia website is THE best shop i have ever experienced in my whole existence, and i'm not easily satisfied. I have had some unpleasant experiences with another website, so I came to Zamnesia. Uncertain about the service, I ordered some small stuff. Since then I have ordered many times and they never disappointed me. The crew is always nice, they treat you well. I have had no complaints whatsoever, and that one time I did, they took care of the problem. Would recommend it to anyone, guys, this really seems to be the best site of this kind.

Summary: I've never dealt with a better company online or otherwise. I've placed multiple orders with Zamnesia in the last year. All the orders were delivered well within schedule, usually the day after they ship out (I'm in Belgium). I needed to cancel one of my orders (I ordered the wrong gear, I was a bit too clear headed I reckon!). I was offered a store credit or a full refund, even though it was my mistake. I took the store credit - I still wanted the gear, right? Pre-sales and post-sales questions are always answered quickly, both with a great attitude and real personal knowledge. They're happy to involve as many of their staff as is needed to get to the right answer - no corners are cut and they don't get fed up and drop the thread (which I've experienced elsewhere). Zamnesia deliver on all counts. To make the point: this is the only company that's asked for a review and I've been bothered to do it. Zamnesia are without fault and deserve credit for that. Few months ago I ordered Mexicana truffels.As a first time user,I wouldn't start too strong.Probably due to my high own bodyweight,the truffels didn't had the expected results.As I mentioned this in a customer review,the customer service contacted me and they advised me to try the stronger Atlantis variant.They even gonna send me a package to try,because they don't want dissatisfied customers.Talk about a great service!Five stars out of five! I recommend Zamnesia to everyone!

Zamnesia is just amazing, hands down. I orderd 3 times and with each time they get faster and better - awesome support, answers within hours, somtimes minutes! Order here and be surprised, every single wish comes true 10/10

My first order was messed up by the delivery company and the parcel was returned without further notice to the sender not even trying to contact me (I lost around 10 days because of that). I immediately wrote to the customer support and received an answers within 2 hours, stating that my matter will be solved asap. Not only was the support helpful and polite (!), but despite the fact that I only ordered something smaller value they treated me as a premium customer. I can only say good things about the company and recommed them to anyone. If you have trust issues, don't worry, you are at the right place with the right people.

The shipping is correct and reliable so there is no need to worry about it. They are offer high quality product which are definetely worth their price and they have renewable special offers.
