i only ordered two products so I cannot judge overall quality but those i received i was satisfied with, quickly shipped, i did receive a wrong product, but the support was quick to offer me a vourcher or a resend of the missing item

My experience with Zamnesia is mixed. My first growth kit & 2nd got contaminated and I couldn't enjoy the product as hoping to. However, I understand how this process is very sensitive and gentle and there might been issues on the process or on my side, so I take some guilt as well. The customer support of Zamnesia was flawless, they tried to offer all the help and support and even replaced the growkits for me, for a last try. I wish more placed would be so customer oriented as Zamnesia, totally recommending them, I just believe I was unlucky.
