Ho ordinato da loro e ho avuto un problema di germinazione, mi sono stati rispediti gratuitamente i semi fallati e il servizio e' stato molto rapido. sicuramente usero' ancora il sito per futuri acquisti!

better think first before ordering because custom service is a disaster I have been a client for years but lately it's getting very bad First: seeds became very bad with the years allthough in the past they where much better 3/3 Grease Monkey Auto (Zamnesia Seeds) never got to grow Second: the last order was send to the wrong adress (300km from my adress) after many many many emails I had to call them (I live in france so had to pay the phonecall) because they just didn't answer my mails The person on the phone was fully wasted (maybe free weed at work?) It took me so much energie to fight to get my money back after 6 weeks. there are better websites then this one with real custom service they took me for an *****....

I have been a Zamencia customer for over two years, but unfortunately in my last two orders and also one of my friends order, the items were missing and the support team has not responded for about a month! Honestly, I am getting very frustrated! I have already sent 3 emails and have not received any response!!

It has been 1 month since I placed an order and my package has not been delivered. I have contacted customer service multiple times, and all I have received is automated replies. I spent several hundred euro, and I can’t get in contact with anyone.

I received my package directly at my home address even though I ordered it to be delivered to a parcel station, and I had problems with my family because of it. Support still hasn’t replied to my message after 7 days.

Customer support never replied to my emails, after asking politely for information, and waiting patiently, still waiting for a response. I paid for a 24hs express delivery that TOOK 2 WEEKS! I don't recommend at all, too expensive and the products aren't that good. Too much marketing= poor customer service/ lack of humanity. I hope they give to someone my accumulated points. NEVER BUYING AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Paid on April 16 and still no package after more than a month. DHL returned the shipment and Zamnesia barely answers emails or support tickets. Terrible customer service and very disappointing first experience. Not reliable at all.
