Excelente Service, quick delivery.

Zunächst einmal ist meine Bestellung nie angekommen. Mein Paket wurde an den Absender in die Niederlande, zu Zamnesia, zurückgeschickt. Daraufhin habe ich nach dem Grund für die Rücksendung gefragt und mehrere E-Mails geschrieben, aber ich habe keinerlei Antwort erhalten. Meine 110 Euro sind einfach verschwunden. Es gab überhaupt keine Rückmeldung und mir wurde kein Geld zurückerstattet. Ich habe die Pakete niemals erhalten. Diese Seite ist sehr schlecht – meiner Meinung nach sind das Betrüger und unseriöse Leute. Kauft dort auf gar keinen Fall ein.

I'm really pleased with my purchase, the seeds are excellent and the whole experience of buying from Zamnesia was excellent, they kept me informed through out the delivery stage so I will definitely be buying again

I tried to contact the Zaminicia support team for two weeks through their website, email, and other channels, but nobody replied or helped me. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received anything. The tracking says it was delivered to my address and that I picked it up from the delivery point, which is not true. Until now, I still cannot find my package, and Zaminicia has not helped at all. Because of this experience, I do not recommend Zaminicia as a trustworthy webshop with proper customer support or customer protection. I lost my money and got no solution.

Delivery was longer than the estimated timeframe other than that I have to say it is fantastic product. Brilliant packaging and great price with a very informative booklet. I was very pleased with the product and would definitely order again. I would highly recommend it

Everything worked perfectly

I’ve been a Zamnesia customer for quite some time and have never had any issues. However, about a month ago I placed an order for two Golden Teacher mushroom kits. I’ve never had any problems with previous orders, but these two kits produced almost nothing. I opened a support ticket a month ago, attaching videos and a step-by-step guide of how I did everything. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received any feedback, meaning I spent money on two kits that yielded nothing, even though I took all the necessary precautions. It’s unfortunate to spend nearly €90 and get no response. I only received an email with a ticket number (in which Zamnesia itself tells me to wait, since if I complain again, another ticket would be opened, resulting in more waiting time). I wasn’t expecting this from a company that claims to be the best. I’m still dealing with the problem..,

A friend recommended this website to me and told me how great it was, but unfortunately I have to say the complete opposite. This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I’ve never experienced an online store taking this long to communicate with a customer — it’s honestly disappointing. I placed my order on April 27th. On your website, you state that delivery to the Czech Republic takes around three days. Today is May 11th, which means it has already been 15 days, and I still have absolutely no idea where my package is. I paid a significant amount of money, so naturally I am not happy with this situation. I contacted your support team on May 4th, and it has now been a full week without any response at all. Customer service like this is simply unacceptable. What frustrates me the most is not even the delay itself — I understand that delays can happen. If I had at least received a message informing me that the package would be delayed, I would have been completely fine with waiting. The real issue is the complete lack of communication and information.

i have been shopping at zamnesia for a couple of years now and havent been dispointed yet. Im especially a fan of the points system it makes you feel more exclusive than you might feel elsewhere.

I was a bit worried placing my first order. But my parcel arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I loved how neatly it was packaged. And everything now growing very nicely… can’t wait for the first harvest.
