Fast delivery and expected results

I did an order in the 1st February and pay it instantly. Got the confirmation for the payment a day after. Since then i heard nothing from Zamnesia. I wrote to the support 2 times and got no answer. My order is since the payment in progress and since 2 weeks not even shipped. I cancelled the Order a few Days ago and who wonders... No answer. Never ever again.

When I received my order it only contained freebies and not what I had ordered. I have contacted them but have not had a reply in over a week and a half. The service is terrible and I could not recommend shopping with them. I am currently waiting until 14 days has passed so I can open a dispute through my bank to get a refund and I will never shop with them again.

Half the time I purchase mushroom grow kits, they barely produce anything. Other times, it's like a forest of mushrooms. I follow the instructions to the letter, so I don't understand why there's this variation, but I enjoy the product otherwise.

They have great products to choose from and some great discounts to go with. The tribe membership is really rewarding for their regular customers. And their customer service is on point should any issues occur . And just to add there's often new products popping up on a regular basis for customers to choose from .

First class service

When I first started using Zamnesia, I was impressed with the products, the offers and free goodies, great customer service, the delivery was not the best, but it was okay. I'm not sure what has happened in the last few months but it's all gone downhill, I barely get any responses to any emails, if I do, it can be anywhere from 3-5days. The customer service responses seem muted and show little concern to try and reassure or be helpful, almost as if they do not care anymore. Delivery is just terrible now, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for delivery to the UK, before it was on average 1.5 weeks. I have spent thousands with this company, but now I shop with other better alternative companies. This makes me sad as I really thought Zamnesia would always be my first stop for everything.

hi! I have ordered magic mushrooms twice and it has worked well! The only problem was that you changed suppliers so it took a very long time for the second shipment of mushrooms to arrive! I think you have a very good customer service that responds to me promptly and quickly! It's just a shame that I live in Sweden where it is so tightly regulated with various fun things! Bought a kit which didn't produce much and zamnesia very quickly and without any hassle issued a voucher which covered the cost of a replacements Don't buy elsewhere these guys are superb

Produits de qualité, mais longs délais si vous vous faites livrer en relais. De plus, sur ma dernière commande, le produit le plus cher que j’ai acheté n’était pas dans le colis. J’espère que l’équipe de zamnezia va répondre à ma réclamation et m’envoyer le produit manquant
