The delivery company lost my parcel, Zamnesia instantly send me new one free of charge.

Reliable and quick service, top quality products with bonus points for free gifts and amazing customer service. One of my packages was stopped at customs and they gave me a voucher so I didn't lose money spent. Amazing! I always buy from Zamnesia, no need for comparison searches.

My first order was super efficient, but my second order had been 2 weeks and still not arrived… wouldn’t mind but I’m aware the products I’ve ordered are perishable and have concerns around the products actually fruiting now. Fingers crossed…. To be clear this isn’t the company it’s the courier service so I have no concerns recommending Zamnesia, however if my products are substandard due to timescales in transit, then my first choice may change

I ordered on Christmas eve. My fault for the delivery being as long as it was ordering then, however, my package arrived today and seems to have already been busy working whilst journeying to me, so, I'm quite happy that everything is intact and as it should be.
