I had a small issue with one item arriving slightly damaged, and their support team responded quickly, politely, and sorted it out without any hassle. Shipping was discreet and fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition (aside from that one item, which they replaced immediately). I’ve since placed multiple orders and have recommended Zamnesia to a few friends.

When i received the kit, I was pleased with the price and speed of delivery and the kit looked ok. However, within a few days the grow was covered in green mold. I was careful when preparing so I am not sure it was me or if it came contaminated. If it was me would give 5 stars, if it came contaminated then 0/1 star. Guess I'll have to buy another to find out!
