Why can I say....Except that the Service Team is Amazing They responded to in 5-10 minutes about my order. It's not the first time I ordered from Zamnesia. I ordered before to ask about certain Products and they responded right away with Information about that product and the whole Team has understanding like a normal human being and are always ready to help without hesitation.

I ordered two mushroom grow kits, and I had a problem with one of them. I described the situation with pictures via email, and Hana was very helpful in her reply. A new grub tub was shipped out quickly , and I'm quite happy with how the matter was resolved. The new kit hasn't arrived yet, but I'm hopeful.

4 boxes, 2 perfect condition locations, pinpoint accuracy following guide, 4 defects, 0 refunds. Problem seems to be very known but never refunded according to my conversation with staff. Really gives a feeling your sold a these poor level boxes on purpose. ***
