I had som trouble with with my first kit, something was not right from the start with the kit but Customers Service was really helpful and send me a new kit that is working much better. These guys knows how to take care of their customers. Also deliverytime was obly a few days.

It was ok i just had to make sure to send a link so i would be understanding because i didnt knew what he meant with zamnesia grow kit and mushroom grow kit or something like that... I didnt knew there were 2 options so i almost killed my babys cus of this but he saved me i guess

I ordered 2 pcs of Supa Gro Kit 100% 'McKennaii' - Volume: 1200 ml. Everything arrived in perfect order and on time. I was also delighted with the extra gift I received from Zamnesia. I placed the mycelium in a container and in about 10 days I harvested my first batch of mushrooms. I am now waiting to see what the next production will be. But I will definitely order another Gro Kit on Zamnesia, because I am very satisfied with the service of the shop.

UK customs were a joke,item arrived rapidly in the UK, however as a guess of uk postal strikes,and foreseeable delays,it took a month to receive the item, any questions I had about my order,were rapidly answered by staff, would definitely use again,as the product was of superior quality
