Easily one of my favorite shops to order stuff online. Always fast shipping with great quality products and fast responsing customer service, if something in the order has been bad, it has been always fixed like it should.Nothing bad to say. Have been a customer for over 5 years and don't see it ending soon.

I get my products for health reasons so they are very important. Used other shops and the service wasn't good. I felt you guys took me seriously. Don't know why but felt I was with someone that knew. The products arrived as promised and were very good. The whole experience was nice, professional, and on time.

Service was great. I paid with bitcanna, but I accidentaly bugged out the process (my guess being that I did not send the exact amount the prompt told me, sending a tiny bit more instead), making it so that the payment wasn't immediately confirmed.

Tive um problema na minha encomenda, em que basicamente efectuei um pagamento de um encomenda cancelada ( não por mim) fez com que está quantia tivesse desaparecido durante 30 dias. A equipa da samnesia não foi muito muito disponível para resolver esta questão.

So war alles gut angekommen, ich freue mich immer wieder über die kleinen Geschenke. Seit Jahren ist Zamnesia mittlerweile mein Lieblingsshop, auch wenn es nicht immer am günstigsten ist weiß man das man gut aufgehoben ist, also in dem Sinne hatte ich noch nie Probleme. Die Produkte von der eigenen Marke überzeugen mich auch komplett (habe einen Hoodie, T-Shirt und Maske), das T-Shirt welches im Dunkeln leuchtet empfehle ich hier jedem.

Er was iets mis met mijn growkit, maar heb gratis een nieuwe kunnen bestellen. Thx Zamnesia! Verder altijd correct, enkel hoeven voor mij de vele merchandise boekjes enzo niet meegeleverd te worden, maar dat is ook het enige negatieve dat ik kan zeggen. Thx guys

Honestly quite lacking, tried putting an order in but i just couldn't, after multiple attempts it made the voucher code unavailable. Contacted support to hear if they could do anything about it or refund me my money. I got a voucher worth less than the original amount (*** eur) plus i had to make a separate order just to use it, which had to be atleast *** euro. Lets keep in mind the original voucher was *** eur of and free shipping. Really bad showmanship, seems to only have business for eye. And for someone who ordered multiple packs of paper and a grinder, it just feels like *** geeting freebies that i literally just ordered. Plastic grinder, paper filter pack and some stupid stickers and more ***"deals" where they just completely ***. Prices aren't fucked up atleast, and customer support was chill. Probably just bad greedy management.
