Discreet fast no messing around excellent service

Years of good see despite a recent issue, the wrong address was on the parcel and a different neighbour signed for it, the address they handed it to moved out and the courier gave me a completely different delivery address than the correct one a week after I first asked. Zamnesia quickly sent a new package before the limited edition item ran out. Unfortunately the system issues are still not fixed and despite repeatedly sending emails, I get asked the same questions and told it’s the right address? So if this is not fixed on my next order I won’t use them anymore. I would recommend them to friends but with a warning that if a problem occurs it might send you in circles for weeks and they only solve the results not the cause of all the issues.

I buy for some time now in Zamesia, and I have always received good product quality,in time, and for a fair price.

Zamnesia messed up and valued my parcel 50% more than I paid for customs which lead to me paying £54 to the shipping company in import duties that were erroneous. After weeks of trying to make this right zamnesia just refused to help. DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAMNESIA they will take your money and run and refuse to put right their mistakes

Zam were brilliant, the couriers, not so much. Box had corner bashed in but thankfully the contents survived!

One of the products was a bit of a let down tbh. Not at all what I was expecting and didn't feel any effects. This being said the delivery was quick and the Kratom was spot on.
