The hot sauce is great but zamnesia often runs out of stock and I have to wait. The truffles however are always hit and miss with zamnesia, this time was a miss unfortunately. Generally speaking zamnesia is easy to deal with, responsive to customers needs and feedback and provide a high level of service.

Zamnesia is my n1 for everything. They are best. High quality products and service. I love you guys.

Absolutely fantastic. At first I had some concerns as they seemed to be quite a large company and might not be as personal as some of the smaller companies. My experience since has been awesome though. Whenever I've had even the slightest issue, which is rare, they do everything to correct it, even when I didn't feel it was they're responsibility to do so. I genuinely feel like I'm dealing with a friend when I order from Zam.

Delicious recipes, dosage calculator and many more! Customer-service is also a top notch! In rare cases where I had difficulties with the order or a product, the customer service was always there to guide me through the process of the problem solving. In some cases they either refunded or replaced the item.

Very nice customer care - there is a lot of descriptive content for best experience with the products. Also, the products are very nice and high quality.

Bought a shroom grow kit and within a couple of weeks had them. I'm just starting my first grow and it's very simple to follow the online instructions. My friend recommended Zamnesia to me,and I know these will be great as I've had some of their yield. Fantastic!

They never answer emails and when they do they dont even answer the question. Never again.
