Amazing customer support, but the product itself was below expectations. The first yield was not bad (around 15 grams after dried up), but the second yield was barely a gram and there were no further yields. The effect itself was also quite "weak", it wasn't bad, in any measure, it was simply underwhelming, considering three people ate around 5 grams each.

Majority of information I needed was on the website. One slight problem but contact was swift and ultimately not a problem. Not that I am interested but free gift item wasn't included in the order, it didn't bother me so I didn't contact about it. Overall happy with the experience although an option to pay by card would be great.

The truffles from these guys are the real deal, they have helped me resolve issues with depression and anxiety as well as help me rewire my brain enabling me to escape feedback loops with all kinds of topics are brains can get addicted to. Depending on the occasion I trip about different topics, but each time I am able to find solutions and answers, sadly my last trip was focused a lot on this war with Ukraine and that the EU had started a proxy war, which is disgraceful and a shame for the whole world, I order time and time again from Zanmesia, and never had an issue with deliveries to France, if you have any problems with your order Zamnesia are always very easy to deal with, I have phoned them a few times and they are always super helpful so don't be afraid to call them and ask advice about certain products. 5 stars out of 5 stars *****
