Customer service top level. Always receive a reply within 48 hours. I have purchased numerous grow kits which have all been good apart from this last one. It didn't grow as intended so I contacted customer support with pictures and descriptions. They asked further questions then offered a replacement or voucher. Its nice not having to argue due to a defective product whether grow kit or clothing etc. Keep up the good work Zamnesia.

Hi everyone, I would like to share my experience with this amazing website. I start by saying that the products arrives always in a good shape and discreet packaging, products' quality is always insured with this website and the staff is simply amazing. I was so amazed when I first found this company on the web. They really care about their enterprise, deliver very effectively and discreetly.
