Being on the receiving end after ordering was problem free, but after receiving the product navigating the website for more details on procedures was confusing at first. It may be myself that is not paying good enough attention, but I found more than one and somewhat contradictory instructions. Otherwise I must say I am completely satisfied with the quality level. Keep up the good work.
