I have dealt with Zamnesia for many years. I was rarely dissapointed with products and when i was, i was plentifull reimbursed by a ready and available customer service team. Really good customer service. I had ordered supagrow kit with golden mushroom. Due to some problems barely few mushys came up (25 grams) in 1st flush and nothing there after. I sent an email to Zamnesia and they were quick to solve it. After answering few questions, they came to the conclusion that there might be something wrong with the kit so they gave me a voucher. Haven't used it yet but will definitely order again.

Always got what I wanted and a little more. Packaging is packed well. Few orders from me and not one problem, I'm a customer for life. I hope this shop continues on. I love the concept, I love that Zamnesia provides a lot of information about the products I'm buying as well as their effects, their differences, and proper usage of the product. This is the second time I have an issue with zamnesia, this time was with a voucher which somehow disappeared because of my mistake, so after I contacted them, very quickly they offered me a solution, to add in my order what was on the initial voucher I lost. I am generally satisfied with their products and even more with their customer / after sales service. I recommend

Ekstrem god service jo! - havde glemt at hente en pakke, efter 6 uger kommer jeg i tanke om det, ser den er returneret. Jeg skriver til dem og siger pænt jeg har glemt at hente den. Det er intet problem de sender den igen og to dage senere har jeg det. Super! :-)

I had a problem with one seed. I contacted the customer service. It was fantastic, they send me 3 free seeds of charge. fast and incredible service. when all the process is finished you will have comments and reviews for sure total trustworthy and best place to shop thank you Zamnesia
