Super god service, jeg ville bestemt bestille herfra igen. Trods nogle fejl med nogle produkter, har zamnesia givet hurtig tilbagemelding på messenger og de har været meget samarbejdsvillige ift at give mig et nyt produkt uden ekstrabetaling.

I had a problem with one of the products I bought. When I reached out they were very helpful and found a beautiful solution. The reply was very fast and I got 2 options to choose from. From my first mail until the fix was only 2 days even in covid times. 10/10 definitely recommended & thank you guys again

Great and fast customer support. I got an bad batch and i asked what could have happend they thought it bad from the beginning and they then offered me a replacement or a voucher. All in all it took a couple pf days.

UPDATED to 5 stars Zamnesia got in touch right away after this first review. New package send - very fast and well communicated delivery this time. Thank you and I look forward to more business in the future :-) Product didn't work, no grow at all only bad smell. Contacted supoort to ask for advise two times without any human getting back to me even though i took the time to send 2 x reply to autogenerated support message. Very disappointed to say goodbye to money and time in this manner.

Amazing customer service & products I've ordered quite a bit from Zamnesia and I was never disappointed until 2 of my shroom kits didn't grow properly. One of them, however, was a mistake of my own which Zamnesia pointed out and offered to send a replacement. Cannabis seeds have been growing well too. Really the best site I've used so far.
