My experience with Zamnesia customer service was great, I would give more than 5* if I could do so. Through my own mistake and not reading the online instructions I damaged a product I bought on their website. I emailed Zamnesia customer service for a part replacement of the product, to my surprise they offered me a complete replacement of product without postage fee and the parcel was received in less than a week to Spain. Very good and polite customer service at Zamnesia, couldn't ask for more. Keep up the good work.

I have ordered from Zamnesia several times, everything was okay until terpenes did not arrive in my order, but after short talk with their support, they resolved my issue by sending it to me with free shipping. Growing kits were in decent condition, currently on second batch of 3 kits, growing nice, arrived fast, no issues with deliveries apart one item missing, which was resolved by Zamnesia support. Overall, great experience, lots of frequent and constant discounts if you know where to look :P As a note though, bongs are ridiculously overpriced for most pieces, as well as some electronics they offer, but that's depending on your sources.
