One of the calibration weights in my order turned out to be out of stock. Was contacted by them the same day and we agreed on two 50 gram weights instead of one 100 gram weight (at no extra charge). The customer service is impeccable. You can't criticize him, or I wouldn't understand why. I have always had solutions to my problems. I was able to deal with customer service twice. Once because there were products missing from the package, I got a direct replacement. And another time for a product that did not have the expected effect.
