I ordered 4 products, but they missed one of the products, it felt like a bummer even more, as one of the products did not work (bad quality), but they answered me and will make up for the missing thing on my next order. They also give a free scratch / mystery box as you order bigger orders, which is fun!! Mistakes can happen anyone, we are all human, and I ordered 3 items that was of same kind (same name) so I understand the person who packed it. Even tho they made mistake I give them 5 stars for being suppliers of good things and making up for their mistake and always answering my mails when I have a question. Great web store.

Excellent everything... web site, order follow up, delivery time, quality of products and accuracy on their descriptions. I called with a question while waiting for my order to arrive and staff answered quickly and in a very friendly manner. They always deliver as promised ! They also have a nice system with scratch cards to reward returning customers. Overall very good site could not recommend more ! Just a quick update , got in contact with their customer service for the first time today and even their support team is perfect !
