For my last purchase at Zamnesia, I had a bad surprise when recieving my package: it had been opened during the shipment and I'd been robbed: all my beloved truffles were missing ! I informed Zamnesia, they answered fast and proposed spontaneously to pay back or to send again new truffles, which I finally recieved. Happy ending ! I love the way everything is designed, the details these guys go to are amazing. Very responsive, delivery fast and discreet. Haven't tried the goods though but I have no doubt those are of excellent quality as well. Keep on the good work, guys!

I love the products and can only recommend it, only downside is that some shipments go thru local postal services which are awfull in many EU countries.. maybe some carrier like gls would do much better job.. I also enjoy the variety of products, Zamnesia really has something for everybody..

Delivery went smooth, fast and discret - perfect! One can only order 6 packages of truffels at a time - not beeing able to use the 15% discount when ordering 10 packages.

I’m giving a rating of 5 because you definitely deserve it — the effort invested, fast delivery, and a clear website. Definitely a 5. Although I didn’t experience much apart from brief visuals. Overall, the experience was great. Inner peace, I lived through my dreams as if they were reality for the following week, and they remained vivid in my memory. But I’m not satisfied with the visuals, and that’s the reason I got into this in the first place. Thank you and best regards. I will surely give it another chance.
