Received a wrong product and had some slight damage on another. I sent an email and received an answer the same day. In the end the problems m was solved and I felt very happy and taken care of by the customer service!

Man what can I say except that Zamnesia and the whole team treated me like a King! They were quick but the thing that really got to me was the way they handle our emails and questions. Very happy with the whole experience. Fast and discreet shipping. The mushrooms grew in record time. I harvested them too late so I couldn't get multiple yields but that's on me, I'll do it right next time. Will definitely be ordering from Zamnesia again and have already recommended the site to several of my friends.
