Wonderful customer service ! My mushroom grow kits didn't perform and I couldn't grow any. I asked Zamnesia what I did wrong, they helped very kindly and rapidly and fixed the issue quickly in the best convenience. Thanks a lot, much appreciated.

I can't fault Zamnesia. The UK could take note of their customer service. I've ordered zamnesia mckennii, the 1st flush wasn't to many. But what I did harvest where very strong. Already 3 times more growing at moment in 2nd flush. (Happy).. I also brought supa grow XL golden teacher. The box arrived without a security tag on plastic box. I emailed zamnesia and started the flush. Zamnesia asked to keep them updated with supa grow. Which I did, unfortunately the box got contaminated. Zamnesia have been brilliant and gave me 4 or 5 options for replacement. ☆☆☆☆☆
