This is the second time I buy from zamnesia and again they deliver! Smooth, easy and good nice customer service. 2nd time the package was lost in transit, so I called them. They told me that they would send a new order, no charge, and they would do it express. I got it 2 days later. Very good service.

6/5 Stars I never saw any product seller that is so kind like the Zamnesia Team!!! Send me a second grow kit for free after i messed up with my first one. These guys are so amazing and have such a nice and kind way to help their customers! Amazing!!!

Here, customer service is perfected to the utmost, rarely have I received such good service or quick responses, despite the fact that the whole world is closed due to Covid-19, there was still time to process my request even if it was on December 24th. I definitely recommend this company

I use hydro system and had some issues with a few seeds I ordered to Zamnesia, within the year. After I told them my surprise and grief with the seeds, the Customer Service quickly ansered me. They asked to put in details how I proceed from germination to harvest, with what kind of material, water quality... Very soon after I gave them back the process I follow, they finally told me it may not be the best way to do, gave advice to read their method (as I already did, but I mix up with the shop owner's advices bc it is his own material) and said this is not their entirely responsibility but as commercial gesture, they sent me new seeds for the ones that didn't come for the last 12 months...

the best. I don't know what I would do without zamnesia, they have everything and it delivers so fast. You can buy both eyes closed from zamnesia, i've never been disapointed. In case there is an issue, zamnesia support is all you have heard and more, they will answer you quick and take care of you.
