I got a flawed mushroom grow-kit but when I reached out to Zamnesia I got quick responses and great service. My friend's grow kits were all good and have little mushrooms coming up! I need to throw the one I have away but could choose between getting a new grow-kit (any kind) or getting a voucher and free shipping that I can use within the coming year. Thanks a lot!

I bought a growbox, that didn't turn out as planned and got contaminated or something other went wrong. Took contact to Zamnesia and asked for a discount on my next order, but they sent me replacement box instead. Great and fast customer service, which keeps me using Zamnesia.

Amazing customer care service, I got some troubles with a product, they supported me and in the end they gave me a voucher fully refounding my purchase, just because it was not a product at their quality standards. Zamnesia Support was of great help when 5 out of the 6 grow kits I bought did not produce mushrooms. They quickly offered to send back either 5 new grow kits or a voucher of an amount equivalent to the price of the 5 grow kits. Their speed of response and their understanding make them an excellent customer service !

My experience with zamnesia was remarkably good, I made my first purchase, which arrived quickly, I noticed that one of the products seemed to have a problem, I spoke with zamnesia to find out if it was my mistake or product defect, it was concluded that there was a problem with the product, so they rewarded me with a voucher for the value of that product. It was a service of great quality.

Zamnesia has great products. They're my go-to for all mushroom grow kits and I couldn't recommend them enough. Also, they have been great communicating with whenever I've had an issues and they reply to concerns quickly. You won't be dissatisfied, that's for sure.
