Only had very positive experiences with Zamnesia! Once had a problem with a product, but their customer service solved it within a day! I can only recommand Zamnesia to everyone!

My experience with Zamnesia has been great! My products have arrived quickly and the effects have been just what I was looking for! I've puchased several grow kit on Zamnesia.com, only once I had a problem but the solved it by sending me a new kit. The experience was just perfect and I will shop again in their website.

I did not succeed with the first flush due to some misunderstandings in the manual. I had a very pleasant conversation about this with the Zamnesia support which did not hesitate to give me a second try - sending me a new grow kit right away. Great products and an excellent customer support! I have ordered from Zamnesia a couple of times in the past and everything was flawless. Fast shipping and awesome product quality. If you have questions or doubts about your purchase, there is always a nice, friendly member of the support team willing to help and answer your questions. One time, one of my grow kits became contaminated, so they gave me a voucher of the same value + free shipping to buy a new one or other products from the store. Very important to have a sterile and clean environment. I honestly can't recommend Zamnesia enough! Thank you, Z!

I got a GT Supa Gro kit that had not grown at all despite of following the instructions very accurately. They were fast to replace it with a new one. I would rather not have all those brochures that they put in the package Update: The new one already shows pins after 7 days

Zamnesia is just perfect! I could not use a giftcode due to an error with my pc. And the next next day the code was expired. I wrote to Zamnesia and they easily fixed it for me. You are great Zamnesia and the customer support!

Ordered twice, no delay, everything wrapped up properly, had a problem with my growing kit but after a quick emails exchange so they know what happened, they decided to let me choose between sending me a new equivalent product of my choice or a voucher. The team has been really nice and comprehensive of the situation, so all in all I absolutely recommend Zamnezia ! (Bonus point : got a gift ticket for each order, cheaper gift was worth ***€ for a ***€ worth order !)

I ordered a golden teacher grow kit which did not work and got moldy very soon. Since I mentioned that on the website someone working for zamnesia wrote me in order to understand my bad experience and then he let me the choice between ordering a new kit or using a voucher. This is very pleasant and professional, since I had already grown a kit without any trouble before. I can’t wait to receive the new box and enjoy it :)

I rarely write reviews, but I’ll make an exception for Zamnesia. Very professional company! Always fast shipping. On top of that, the customer service is a joy to contact. Was missing free seeds from an order, but they just put them in my next order, that was already about to be in transit 👍

No complaints whatsoever, great products, fast delivery, easy BCNA payments and outstanding customer service. Seriously it's 10x better than anywhere else I've experienced, they went above and beyond in compensating for a gift bag that mistakenly wasn't included in my first order.
