I had some problem with my slow growing box, so i reached to the customer service for some advice- my kit was most likely infected, and they offered to send me new box free of any charge, which i received within just few days. Zamnesia’s customer service deserves the best rates- quick and useful response, and, extremely fast shipment- even during today’s pandemic problem. Thank you! I wait for my new kit to grow:)
