zamnesia has a lot to choose and great deals

In general my experience with Zamnesia has always been good and I am satisfied with their products. Sometimes the customer service is not at its best unless or until they have realized they made a mistake, but in general they try to help.

Delivered on time. Giving only 4.5 stars as I need to wait for the outcome…

The parcel arrived quite quickly, but you chose for the delivery the worst courrier company in Greece. Actually, I didn't receive the parcel yet. The delivery man is supposed to attempt delivery on Friday. Absent recipient they say. Unfortunately , I was home. I think I have now 50% max to redeem my order. Super shame.

Everythings great. Only thing is that the shipping/delivery takes longer than the table shows. Orders don't move on weekends, it says 6 working days on average, but you have to wait a few more days on top of it for labeling/packing/shipping and the weekend. I just think this needs to be clearer on the shipping page at the top. Love the site and products, just put another 2 or 3 for processing because the wait feels ruthless.

I ordered a grow kit that arrived with no tutorial or clear instructions. It turned out to be a type that should not be watered – but there was no way to know that without prior experience or proper guidance. I opened two support tickets (#750720 and #750437) and got zero replies. This is not how you treat paying customers. A complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your money and be ignored when things go wrong.

All experiences have been positive. I love the site and all the information that they share about the products. I've only had one problem in that a mushroom kit didn't grow but they resolved that with a few questions to confirm that I had been following the instructions correctly then issued me a credit, plus a little extra. The packing and dispach isn't same day but I'm okay with that

Leider ist bei meiner Bestellung etwas schief gelaufen. Es fehlten 2 bestellte Sorten dafür lagen 2 andere nicht bestellte Sorten im Paket. Zamnesia's Support hat erstklassig reagiert und hat sofort Ersatz in Form einer kostenlosen Nachlieferung oder einen Gutschein in gleicher Höhe plus kostenlosen Versand. Die Reklamation wurde schnell bearbeitet, viel schneller als sonst wenn man eine Email schreibt. Das ist auch wichtig damit man sich nicht im Stich gelassen fühlt. Ich freue mich schon auf weitere gute Geschäfte mit Zamnesia Mfg

I really enjoyed shroom grow kits They are very easy to grow with all instructions provided on website. Recommended already to few of my friends that also are enjoyed. Will be a regular customer for sure.

I didn´t try them yet but im at the 4th Flush now. First grow was a bit Strange took a while for them to fruit then at first they were White and Cap grey later on before dropping spores they have turned blue and dark blue from caps to stem. Second Grow looked fine all White stems caps greyish and smell was neutral.
