I had a problem with a few seeds that I had ordered. What shall I say? The after sale service was just great. This is exactly how online business. Definitely not my last order!

I received the grow bag and was so excited. Everything was easy and fine with order, shipping updates and delivery etc. But the lack of instructions upon arrival was a little frustrating. After some research (using chatGPT), I realised I wasn’t actually to do anything. I left the bag out of direct sunshine, in appropriate temperatures and then went away for several days and I returned to a bag that was full of mold. I’m reeeeeally sad…this was a birthday gift and not something I could normally afford. In trying to find instructions I peeled the gauze ever so slightly upwards. I now realise that i wasn’t to do that. But very difficult to know when it comes with no instructions. But as I say, the ordering and shipping was made easy and swift.

After receiving 6/10 seeds of my order a complaint ticket went in which was delt with promptly and another 6seeds sent out. So all in all pretty good.

I am a beginner grower experimenting with different methods unfortunately in my first grow 2 seeds did not germinate due to MY OWN MISTAKES. ZAMNESIA not only allowed me to pick replacement seeds but also sent me detailed guides on the proper method to germinate these seeds AT NO EXTRA COST… I will be recommending to ALL GROWERS for speed of response and ease of use customer service combined with great seeds seeing as all others that were germinated using there method have grown perfectly 10/10

Only issue is my invoice was put on the outside with everyone able to read what I ordered and sent was not happy with that but everything else yes great.

Ayant eu des soucis avec un kit ready-to-grow, ils m'ont remboursé la totalité de ma commande bien que celle-ci comprenait des articles supplémentaires qui ne présentaient aucun défaut. Dernièrement, j'ai mal effectué la germination de mes graines, après avoir contacté à nouveau le service client de Zamnesia, ils m'ont proposé de me renvoyer gratuitement 3 graines, soit le même nombre de graines que j'avais acheté, en m'indiquant la démarche à suivre pour obtenir un résultat concluant. Je les remercie grandement pour leur professionnalisme et leur qualité commerciale. Je resterai fidèle à ce site.
