I was waiting for a long time for my parcel which did not arrive so they sent me another one cost free. The next time I ordered it arrived in less than a week. So even though there were complications they were very professional, and everything else is on a high level. So 5 stars.

Great Products and fantastic service. If i may criticize one point then it's your product descriptions. Some are just utter nonsense especially when it's about yield and height of seeds.

I never had this problem.before but the stuff I bort was not up 2 spec seeds sprouted early spores kit grew like no mushroom and we dine exactly what it said on tin

Only problem is the packaging. The individual doses run through to each other as the seal hasn't been made fully. This could cause a problem as its difficult to seal the remainder of the dosages after the first section of packaging has been cut away.

After receiving supa gro kit and due to mine luck of knowledge to set up a sterile enviroment it got molded, Zamnesia sent me another kit free of charge, without me even asking for that. And they are also fast to reply to any queston I had. Highy profesional company with amazing customer service!
