I received a defective growkit that produced nothing but moisture, I had no choice but to throw it in the garbage. Hopefully, after contacting support to explain the problem and send them a picture of the moisture, they kindly provided me with a voucher to order another growkit of my choice, I hope it will work better ! Thanks for your customer service !

Great products and fast shipping and above all excellent customer service! I bought two kits and unfortunately one of them had mold in it. I just wrote an email with a picture attached and a description of the situation. And so they just send me a new one without any hassle. I'd recommend zamnesia to anyone!

First purchased a Supa gro kit which came contaminated. But after some standard questions Zamnesia didn't do difficult replacing it. This time I opted for a MushMush grow kit (mazapatec) and had a "huge" first flush in less then 2 weeks time. Super easy (after soaking and placing it into the grow bag you don't need to open the bag again for spraying)!! The second flush came within a week and was very small (but this can be due to changing climate conditions (lower temperatures). Just harvested the third flush which was bigger again (now using a heat mat). Can't wait to go on a trip now!
