Zamnesia is always tryin` the best- even when things gettin`- "not like expected"! A simple Phone call or Mail to Zamnesia and someone will definatelly jump into Action to get things back on track and always keepin` you updated. Zamnesia has a great Website - from Growing Tips ,- Choosing from the best Seedbanks , plus always some Specials etc...etc The "Cherry on the cake is the Customerservice Be sure if things are not running according to plan----they will sort it out. That`s why i rate ZAMNESIA 5 Star

My vaporizer is out of order after 3 months of use. I send it back to Zamnesia and no news from them so I call and they told me they don't have a clue where my item is. I sent them the proof that the package was received by them. No decision yet. Just run and don't ever buy from them. They don't give a damn about their customers. ***

I must say, that it is rare - like extremely rare, to experience a costumer service like the one they offer at Zamnesia...! The goods arrive duly after order placement, always in good conditions (packed decent and careful) and by any chance of dissatisfaction, the costumer service takes care of it... Leaving me as a costumer, no chance to be dissatisfied. If only all businesses were run like this. What a joy it would be :) Thanks for great products and support. I can only give my warmest recommendations
