Zamnesia is a very serious website with which I have been collaborating for a while, last week for the first time there was a mistake in my order (error is human), I sent them a message to explain them the problem and they fixed it as fast as they received the message. I definetely recommend them.

If you are ordering from the UK, they will use Hermes to delivery your package and the chosen courier has the worse customer service you will ever experience. Overall average company with decent price, great products, good customer service and godawful delivery service.

Very happy with the service of Zamnesia. I am not that crazy about ordering things on line, but with Zamnesia there is no reason to stress. Very friendly and nice staff who helped me along the way. I was that stupid to give an incorrect adress, but the magic mister Micky helped me with a friendly hand. Very nice person and did solve my problem with ease. i am easily stressed and in panic but *** did help and calmed my nerves. Do not look any further: this is the company you need and can trust! Very good company. I am happy I find this company and website. top! thumbs up! Zamnesia and mister *** make me very happy they will make you happy too !
