I ordered shoes and they came within 2 days. They were too small so I wanted to exchange them for the next size, but I wanted to bring them to the post instead of the kiala point. I called customer service ( on a Saturday) and she emailed me a new return label within 5 minutes! I received the new shoes in 4 days and I love them . Great job.

It was good,so you know smoking or drinking white lotus leaves are not effective but nice for smoking maybe extracts are better.But truffles are great !

Had a problems with the parcel, but that was courier problems. Zamnesia was very helpfull, customer service is excellent, prices are good. I wish Zamnesia still do stealf packaging how used to do before, in CD case or something, for an extra cost. But overall great company, and i am recomend to anybody, u will not be dissapointed. Thanks...

Great website which provides a decent description of all products sold. This is very important seeing as you always want to know exactly what it is you're buying online, especially given that you can't physically see it. You also want to know that you are safe and having information available and presented in such a detailed way is great. My only gripe is with delivery. I ordered a parcel on the 1st of this month and received a Track&Trace email, expecting to receive my order within a week, and it never came. I'm sure this will happen from time to time, but it's frustrating when you've paid a good amount money, and don't have anything to show for it. Anyway, rant over. Great site, keep it up guys!
