They had a problem with the courier service they were using. Unfortunately my parcel was one of those that got lost in the Netherlands en route. Fortunately the company were more than happy to resend all the ordered goods and take full responsibility despite it being the courier's fault. Excellent company, great website and friendly people! I hope for their sake that their new courier service will provide them with a better service! Wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
