Ordered a mushy grow kit. Came fast, plane packaging etc. Ordered some truffles for a festival last summer and couldn't get my head round the bitcoin thing so called em up and the guy took me thru what I needed to do step by step.... it's easy when you know how 😉 He sent them special delivery that day & was super helpful. Had some serious fun thanks to these chaps. Long live zamnesia

Generally, the whole process works relatively easily although living at the extremity of Europe means that shipping can take a bit longer than we would hope. That said, when we did have an issue the guys were super helpful, responded quickly and got everything resolved for us. Very happy.

The products i ordered from zamnesia came within three days after ordering, in a very discreet white box. Any fragile items were firmly wrapped in bubblewrap and all products ordered, were delivered and were exactly as described on the website. Keep up the good work zamnesia!
