I ordered some products worth about £*** and they weren't delivered to the Uk. the package was able to be tracked and we could see that it had been lost at the UK dispatch area. The package never arrived so I emailed Amnesia and explained the situation and asked if it was possible to be sent replacements. Within days , a replacement arrived without any questions or hesitation. I am happy to use Zamnesia again and also recommend them to my friends.
