Zamnezia's customer service is excellent, the package was lost in the country of arrival and they kindly tracked it down and provided the address of the package location. The delivery was surprisingly fast.

Amazing service and products

The shipping itself was a bit too long, couple of weeks i guess but eventually everything came to me so its good. And the box itself could have been more descreet, everything was just thrown in the box.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Zamnesia. The package was shipped very quickly and was well protected. The customer service was exemplary quick responses and very helpful. Additionally, the wide selection of payment methods makes the ordering process much easier. Highly recommended!

The hot sauce is great but zamnesia often runs out of stock and I have to wait. The truffles however are always hit and miss with zamnesia, this time was a miss unfortunately. Generally speaking zamnesia is easy to deal with, responsive to customers needs and feedback and provide a high level of service.

Zamnesia is my n1 for everything. They are best. High quality products and service. I love you guys.
