Mixed, have not received order in the past
I did like zamnesia in the past.
I've used zamnesia 3 times in total. Twice my parcel arrived no issues. The latest time my parcel was not delivered due to an error with the courier/postal Service zamnesia used (to be fair not zamnesia fault, but he courier service)
Zamnesia customer service took longer than expected to reply to my initial email to them with a generic (what felt like a automated response email) that did not address the problem I have.
My last order has been in a cold depot 30+ miles away from where I live for over 20 days, I do not drive and I can not have the parcel redelivered due to an incorrect address (couriers fault I'm assuming) on the parcel. The phone number for the courier is fully automated and the only option is for redelivery but they keep trying to deliver to the incorrect address so it fails and returns to the depot.
I don't drive so can not get to their depot and can not speak to a person to resolve the incorrect address so assume at some point shortly if it hasn't already the courier service with dispose of it or return to sender the package.
I hate leaving bad reviews, but the value of that order was high to me. I Earn minimum wage do that was about 3/4 months saving spending money down the drain which isn't ideal, and even if I wanted to re order, I can not due to the cap/cool down period between orders
I appreciate it's the courier service that have messed up my address on the order from what I can see using their app. But it would have been great if zamnesia could have helped or assisted in have it redelivered to the correct address.
