i always received fast and uncomplicated help with my orders. the staff were always friendly and courteous. i have no complaints. slightly faster shipping would be desirable, but that's understandable with so many customers

I've bought from Zamnesia many times and always been happy with both product and price.. Unfortunately my last order kit did not perform correctly...upon asking Zamnesia for advice they asked for photos and description....once provided I was very surprised to receive an email 24hrs later offering me an apology for faulty kit, and offer of replacement or a higher value voucher to spend at later date ... Fabulous service ....and products do good voucher was spent within ten minutes.

Products were of high standard so definitely deserves five stars. Delivery leaving the Netherlands could be faster but that will still not stop me from ordering again. Thank you Zamneisa!

Seit ich Kunde bin werde ich zeitnah und verlässlich bedient. In Fällen in denen ich nicht zufrieden war wurde von Zamnesia und seinem Team immer für meine Zufriedenheit gesorgt. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

they time it took between telling my they received payment and will now package the shipment, and actually sending it was 5 days. not in transit. just waiting to be shipped out by zamnesia. 3x jet fuel automatic were submerged in water over night (they soaked and sank) then put into wet soil, 1cm deep, coverd with a bit soil. 5 days later still nothing. ( barneys farm amnesia haze auto is already growing, same method, same date) zamnesia just has no quality, sadly. they offer replacements, which for me, also never germinated. dont use zamnesias seeds.
